- Music must remain at a respectful volume. No outdoor music is permitted after 10:00 PM.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking is prohibited inside the home; outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Indoor smoking violations incur a $250 fee.
Checkout & Care
- Report any pre-existing damage promptly upon check-in. Minor accidental damage typically does not incur charges; significant damage will be addressed with the guest to determine a fair resolution.
- Stained or damaged towels or pillow covers incur a $35 replacement fee per item; stained or damaged sheets or duvet covers incur a $200 replacement fee per item.
- Excessive mess requiring cleaning beyond standard turnover incurs a $200 deep cleaning fee.
