- This condo is located just two blocks south of Main Street in Frisco, CO. - The Frisco Bay Marina is just a mile away, offering various boat rentals on Dillon Reservoir for site seeing and fishing, plus there are five world-class ski resorts within a 30-mile radius. - Diverse cuisine can be found lining both sides of Main Street, only two blocks away. Boutiques, antique emporiums, and gear shops will supply you with priceless souvenirs, equipment for any outdoor sport, and more.
Parking information
- Parking notes: The garage holds two normal-sized vehicles and the driveway can hold an additional two. There is extra on-street parking available during the summer. Trailer parking is not recommended.

This house was perfect for our annual college girls trip. We absolutely loved spending time on the rooftop deck and the fire pit made it extra cozy. The house was comfortable for hanging out in the kitchen and living room and had pretty much everything we needed…including three full bathrooms! The location could not have been better. Great views and walking distance to the main drag in Frisco, trails for hiking and the marina. There’s so much to do/shop/eat/drink/see right there. We walked to dinner most nights and took advantage of the lake being so close (highly recco a boat ride). It’s also a short and beautiful drive to Breck and Vail. I would most certainly stay here again. The only little quirky thing to report is that the house is LOUD. High ceilings. Hardwood floors. All beautiful but you can hear everything…especially in the Master. If you’re a light sleeper with a full house of people or kids you may want to bring some ear plugs. Thanks for the great stay!
