Beautiful home with open spaces for spending time with family/friends. The furniture and decor are out of this world, super modern and sleek in the common areas, with led lighting giving a VIP feel. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything we needed, with two fridges and two dishwashers, we had plenty of space for our large family. The inside boasts a full glow in the dark arcade downstairs with games for adults and the kids, PLUS an adult themed arcade space upstairs with pin ball, giant scrabble, and a wet bar for another entertainment space. The massive guitar on the ceiling was so cool and gave off hard rock vibes in the comfort of your own space. For nights when we wanted more of a relaxed vibe, the huge theater room with its reclining chairs was perfect! The bedrooms that were themed for the kids had slides to beds, 3d wall art, and nooks and hiding spots that made the kids feel like they had their own clubhouses! Things you need to know
You may never see your kids again after they enter the superhero-themed arcade with an air hockey table, basketball shooting game, skeeball machine, PS4 video game console, arcade video games, and four-person Pac-Man.
The rock ‘n roll upper floor loft area has billiards, shuffleboard, and poker tables, a pinball machine, wall Scrabble, a variety of other board games, comfy seating, and a bar for chilling out after the long theme parks days are over.
Restrictions

- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- Pool may not heat to the Guest’s desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat. Running & diving are prohibited.
- Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision.
- Disabling Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited.
- Guests cannot set the Air Conditioning below 72° or the Heat above 78°, change the fan from Auto, leave any doors or windows open, or leave the blinds open.
- Fireworks, open flames, intoxication by occupants, and inherently dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Commercial use of the Property is prohibited, including but not limited to, public events or productions.
- No parties, groups, gatherings, events, or other social functions are allowed unless specifically authorized in writing. An exception exists for pre-approved parties which are subject to approval and additional fees.
