A king bedroom with a smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub and shower complete this level, ensuring comfort and convenience. Upstairs, the loft with a full-over-full bunk bed is perfect for children, adjacent to a queen suite with a smart TV and a spa-like bathroom featuring double vanities, a jetted tub, and a shower. The first lower level offers a serene sitting area with a full sleeper sofa and another king bedroom with stunning mountain views and a smart TV, along with a full bathroom. The lowest level is an entertainment haven, equipped with a large screen TV, comfortable seating, a poker table, and access to the exterior firepit and decking. Here, guests can unwind in the massive saltwater hot tub, surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountains. 90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
The home has a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
Towels and linens will be provided for you.
All three TVs are smart and offer streaming capabilities (no cable package).
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- Please note that some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time. Evidence of unauthorized excessive number of guests will result in an immediate charge of $25.00 per person per day to the credit card on file and possibly eviction.
- Please immediately report any equipment problems.
- Authorization to rent a property for a purpose other than for a family vacation must be obtained in writing prior to finalizing the reservation.
- Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an immediate $300 smoke removal home restoration fee billed to Tenant's card.
