KEY Curation Notes

The sleeping configuration rewards careful room assignment. Three king bedrooms (including two full primary suites), a room with two queens, and a bunkroom with four queen-over-queen bunks — each with its own bathroom. The bunkroom makes this an unusually practical choice for a multi-family group with kids; the two primary suites give adult couples genuine separation.

The game room earns its place for multi-night stays. Pool table, ping pong, wet bar, and a dedicated drink cooler make it a genuine alternative to going out — nine smart TVs throughout the house round out the indoor entertainment setup.

Resort beach service is seasonal. Chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and water sports rentals are available through Tops'l's seasonal beach service — not a year-round guarantee. The complimentary tram loops the resort and covers the distance to the beach, which is easier than walking with gear.

Resort amenities are genuinely extensive. Heated pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis clinics, mini-golf, shuffleboard, a chipping and putting green, and multiple dining options including Blue Dune Grill and a tiki bar — all on-property and walkable via tram.

Must be 25 or older to book. This is a hard HOA requirement enforced at booking — guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you arrive.

This is an amazing home to rent for 10 guests. We had plenty of room! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Especially loved the outdoor grill. It was nice to be able to throw steaks in the grill! The amenities at Top S’L Beach and Racquet Resort were excellent. Loved we walk or take the trolley service. The gym was excellent. Food was great at the beach pool. Will definitely be back!

Restrictions

The property shall not be used at any time by more than the amount of adults and children as per your reservation.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in the reservation.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by an adult, 25 years of age or older. No exceptions.
No smoking is permitted on the premises.
No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
Hot Tub Rules. Renter is liable for any damage to hot tub including a minimum of a $75 fee if the hot tub water needs to be dumped and refilled due to guest misuse. Misuse includes but is not limited to getting any food or drinks in the hot tub, breaking glass in the hot tub, getting excessive amounts of sand in the hot tub (please rinse off or shower when coming from the beach to the hot tub), and any other use of the hot tub outside of normal use. A breach of any of the above terms may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund.
