Mountain views take center stage here rather than ocean. The lanai looks out over Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Hualalai, and the Kohala mountains, with just a partial ocean glimpse, making this a different experience than the typical oceanfront Big Island stay.

Pets: Animals are prohibited due to homeowner association regulations.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property and on the lanai. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all fees.
Footwear: Outdoor shoes should be removed inside the home to protect the flooring.

Equipment & Amenities

HVAC: Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is running to prevent freeze-ups and energy waste.
Pool/Spa _(if equipped)_: Children must be supervised at all times, and glass containers are prohibited near water features.
Equipment Reporting: Report breakage or malfunctions immediately so maintenance can address them.
