There are bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, as well as hairdryers and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap in each bathroom. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and walk-in custom closets. Home Supplies: There are pool towels and an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the home. A starter set of bath amenities is in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).
The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained as best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside, we have them set for the 87, but as the temps drop, so do the pools. We do heat them, but the colder it is outside, the harder it is to hold higher temps. It is still heated, but not in the 80s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival, we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat, there is a daily fee, and it is required for the entire duration of your stay; it can not be turned on and off daily.
Effective 1/9/2022 a $1000 incidental/noise deposit will be held upon check-in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violations.
Early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.

- Primary guest must be at least 26 years old and remain on-site for the entire stay; reservations not meeting this may be canceled.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to the stated maximum and enforced per local ordinances.
- Guests are financially responsible for all damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, violations, and fines caused by their party; security deposit of $1000–$1500 (refundable if compliant).
- Only registered guests are allowed; exceeding occupancy may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all fees.
- Approved Use of Property: Residential use only; no commercial use, third-party bookings, or separate rental of accessory units.
- Guests may be required to complete ID verification, occupancy checks, fraud/risk screening, and background screening (if required); failure may result in cancellation or denied entry.
- Guests must comply with all applicable laws; violations risking permits may result in removal and liability for fines.

- Event Policies: Parties, events, gatherings, photoshoots, and commercial activities are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
- Guests must follow all local noise and nuisance ordinances and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially outdoors.

- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited; odor removal or damage will incur charges.
- Illegal Substances: Any illegal activity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Other Restrictions: Video and photography are not permitted; non-residential uses (retail, events, etc.) are prohibited.

While the home is regularly treated, complete prevention is not possible. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed, check personal items, and use caution outdoors—especially at dusk and dawn. No liability is assumed for any wildlife encounters, indoors or outdoors.
