We recently stayed in this home with our group on a trip to Disney/Universal. Our group had a variety of ages and there was something for everyone! The house was beautifully decorated with upscale decor. There was an arcade and theater that kept the kids busy for hours as well as the adults! We spent a ton of time out by the pool and used the outdoor kitchen. The backyard faces the golf course so it’s private and has nice views. You know it’s a good time when the kids don’t want to leave to go to the parks but when did as soon as we got back from the parks they went right back to playing with the games. There was a shuttle to take us around the resort to the restaurants and to the water park which was nice being we didn’t have a car. There was parking available at the house if you do have a car. It was a great time and we can’t wait to go back!

Things you need to know
For those who might feel some guilt from all that delicious vacation food, you can work up a sweat in the home gym, then head out to the private pool and gorgeous patio with its loungers, spacious summer kitchen, bar, firepit, fully-screened lanai, and an amazing view of the 6th tee of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.
If there are golfers in your group, you’ll want to hit the links at resort’s three epic PGA Championship courses. Between games, visit one of the 10 premier swimming pools, including the Seven Eagles pavilion, featuring relaxing jacuzzis and a crisp infinity pool, overlooking stunning views of the courses.
Treat the kids to a trip to the five-acre water park with a huge lazy river and twisting waterslides. Plus, grab a workout buddy and make time for the fully-equipped fitness center, six state-of-the-art “Hydro-Grid” tennis, bocce ball and volleyball courts, or opt for Yoga and Tai Chi classes, or a soothing treatment at the resort.

- Pool may not heat to the Guest’s desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature. There are no refunds for dissatisfaction with pool heat. Running & diving are prohibited.
- Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision.
- Disabling Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited.
- Guests cannot set the Air Conditioning below 72° or the Heat above 78°, change the fan from Auto, leave any doors or windows open, or leave the blinds open.
- Fireworks, open flames, intoxication by occupants, and inherently dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Commercial use of the Property is prohibited, including but not limited to, public events or productions.
- No parties, groups, gatherings, events, or other social functions are allowed unless specifically authorized in writing. An exception exists for pre-approved parties which are subject to approval and additional fees.
