The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Restrictions

  • Security Deposit (refundable) of $2,000.00 is required by credit card.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.
  • Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules, or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
  • Lessee understands Lessor provides no lifeguard on premises. Lessee further understands that said use of the pool is an inherently dangerous activity and assumes full responsibility for Lessee and/or Lessee’s guest’s own safety during said term of the lease.
  • The units are strictly non-smoking and no animals are allowed inside. Lessee will be charged a fine and a cleaning fee of $300.00 (three hundred) US dollars plus fees on their credit card if these rules are not respected.
