95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

The home is fully stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, condiments, spices, cooking spray, oil, vinegar, and much more.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Limits are strictly enforced per our individual licenses within the counties they reside. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments.
- Should there be a concern with any items upon your arrival, please call our office. We will make every attempt to repair or replace items as such that are in need during your stay. All items within the homes are inspected periodically.
