And for a taste of history and culture, a mere 25-minute drive will lead you to the historic downtown Charleston, renowned for its world-class shopping, dining, and iconic landmarks. - Beach Access: 100 yards to IOP beach access 29 or 30, short walk across the street.

This stay was to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we wanted our kids and grandkids there. The main criteria were enough bedrooms. Well, this house did not disappoint. Six of them! It was absolutely stunning. Down to every last detail. We called last minute to see if the pool could be heated, and they did. The kids loved the pool! Every single room was decorated perfectly for comfort and style. I could go on and on but really, this was a perfect house for a family or large group. We absolutely loved our stay there! The best part for the little boys was when the duck came to visit the pool two mornings in a row with very loud quacks!!!

Self check-in

Pool can be heated in select winter months for an additional fee; $175/day or $800/week! At least 4 days minimum for pool heat.

4-seater LSV golf cart (street-legal) is available for rent. ($150/night or $600/week; Request via Email; Waiver and documentation required; subject to availability).

Tennis & Pickleball Access: Pay to play at Isle Of Palms Recreation Center & Wild Dunes Tennis Center (Clinics only for Wild Dunes Courts).

Golf Access: Pay to play- Wild Dunes Links And Harbor Course

Please note, there is a Ring doorbell.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

  • Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces

Equipment & Amenities

  • Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
  • Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
  • Elevator: Not available, remains locked
  • Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
  • Report equipment issues immediately
  • Locked areas reserved for owner storage
