This amazing modern penthouse offers a luxurious escape with a private deck that perfectly frames the charm of Main Street in Telluride. Accessible via an elevator to the top floor of the New San Juan building, the entryway opens to a shared deck area that leads into a bright and open living space. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is outfitted with grey matte cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, making it ideal for crafting meals at home. A small breakfast bar with seating for three and a dining table for four ensures ample space for enjoying culinary creations. The living room exudes comfort and style, featuring a large sectional couch, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a wall of windows that overlook the vibrant Main Street. Step out onto the private patio to soak in stunning views of Ajax and the town. The master bedroom, off the living room, offers a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and breathtaking vistas of the San Sophia Ridge through its expansive windows. Its ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom, located off the hallway near the kitchen, has two twin beds (convertible to a king) and a flat-screen TV with ROKU, accompanied by a second bathroom featuring a step-in shower. Additionally, the unit includes a private washer/dryer for convenience. This penthouse is the epitome of modern luxury in the heart of Telluride.

- The New San Juan building is on the main street in historic downtown Telluride, just a block from the Town Park and music festival grounds, and four short blocks from the Gondola and Lift #8.

- Garage parking below ground. - You are solely responsible for adhering to local street parking restrictions, including HOA rules, and any penalties associated with violating said restrictions.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.

45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that the hot tub is currently non-operational.

Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.

A pack-n' pack-n-play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

Travel-sized toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap), towels, bedding, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

Stocked with cleaning supplies you might need to keep your stay safe and sanitized. This includes an all-purpose cleaning solution and an arsenal of cleaning appliances to make sure you’re equipped for any occurrence.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows, and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
The ski locker is designated for the owner's use only and is not available to guests.
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
