Neighborhood: Mountain Village - Perfect location to explore the Mountain Village and take in views of the surrounding mountains and Wilson Peak. - Walk to skiing and hiking. - Short distance to the free gondolas to get around Mountain Village and the Town of Telluride. - Head outside to hop on the ski run just fifty feet away, or pop over to Mountain Village Core for aprés at Tomboy Tavern or a nightcap at Telluride Distillery. Have some adventure. Make way for the free gondola rides into the Historic Town of Telluride for more shopping and restaurants such as 221 South Oak or La Marmotte for inspired cuisine.
Parking information
- The maximum number of cars at the property is one. - Guest shall be entitled to park only in parking spaces designated to be utilized by the owner of the Property. - The maximum number of vehicles may not exceed the number listed at the time of booking. - Guest is responsible for ensuring that all occupants and invitees park their vehicles in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any homeowner’s association of a similar entity and to avoid causing a hazard or impediment to passing traffic, pedestrians, snow removal operations, and or shared driveways. - The homeowner does not guarantee oversized or large vehicles or trailers will fit within the Property’s designated parking areas. - Alternative parking arrangements and costs associated to park vehicles exceeding the maximum number of cars listed at the time of booking or oversized vehicles or trailers are the responsibility of the Guest. - The Homeowner is not responsible for any parking tickets received by the Guest or towing expenses due to weather or parking violations.

Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: The primary renter must meet the minimum age requirement. All occupants must be over 31 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction, financial penalties, or liability for costs associated with short-term rental license suspension.
- Rental Requirements: The primary renter must electronically sign the Terms & Conditions and liability waiver before the reservation is finalized. A valid credit card must be kept on file, and a temporary security hold or damage protection fee may apply.
- Approved Use: Subleasing, commercial filming, and corporate events are prohibited without prior written approval.
Events & Noise
- Events: Open-invite gatherings, unauthorized large groups, and disruptive parties are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are typically 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; local noise ordinances and community rules must be observed.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless the property is explicitly designated as dog-friendly in advance.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors. Violations are subject to deep-cleaning fees.
- Shoes: Dirty or muddy boots should be removed at the private garage entrance to protect flooring and finishes.
Checkout & Care
- Trash: All garbage must be placed in designated bins within the garage or indoor areas. Trash may not be left outside on decks or patios due to wildlife and bear-safety requirements.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Reservations exceeding 8 days require a scheduled refresh cleaning and payment of the associated fee.
