Parking information

You're allocated one parking space near your home. This space is marked with the numbers in your home's address. You are most welcome to use one overflow parking space (for 1-7 bedroom reservations) or two overflow parking spaces (for 9-bedroom reservations) in any of the resort’s community lots nearest to your unit. Kindly adhere to these designated areas during your stay to avoid ticketing or towing at your expense. While at the resort, you must display your villa's designated parking pass in the front dashboard or rearview mirror of every vehicle. Parking passes may not be shared and may be revoked in the event of parking violations.

Things you need to know

Outdoor grill (available to use for a fee of $95/stay; this covers propane refills, cleaning, servicing, and power washing between uses.

The property is equipped with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; however, you are responsible for purchasing and/or supplying all further supplies required for the duration of your stay.

While this home is finished & fabulous, the resort's amenity center and remaining units are under construction; amenities will be open in early 2025.

Pool & spa heat is available for a daily add-on fee that varies depending on the pool's size. Once heated, pool temperatures are set to reach 82-86 degrees Fahrenheit; spas are set to reach 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the weather, it can take up to 24 hours to heat the pool, so it is recommended that you reserve pool heat in advance of your stay if you’d like to add this service.

As a guest of the resort, you'll have access to complimentary shuttle service to and from Disney World and Universal Orlando. Multiple shuttle times are available daily and can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance via the link in your pre-arrival email and/or the QR code in your villa.

As a guest, you'll receive pre-paid PlayCards for Dezerland Park Orlando—Florida's largest indoor attraction offering 850,000 square feet of rides, games, and exhibits. Use the cards for everything from karting and bowling to VR, laser tag, bumper cars, and more. Plus, get complimentary access to the famous auto museum and score huge VIP discounts on a ton of other attractions.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of total balance is required to confirm your dates and secure your accommodation, including the base License amount due for the reservation plus all charges and fees applicable to the reservation. The reservation is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or unused days of your reservation.
  • No smoking is allowed inside or outside of any Property. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.
  • Hosting parties, gatherings and events at the Property is strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of owner.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbors. Any noise disturbance that is unreasonably loud, raucous, jarring, disturbing, unseemly, or a nuisance is strictly prohibited at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in (a) a minimum fine of $500, in addition to any other fines imposed by County regulations and/or (b) an immediate cancellation of your reservation, following which you will be required to vacate the premises and remove all of your possessions from the Property.
  • Thermostats in the property may not be set below 70 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Appliances should be used only as intended. You should not tamper with or disable appliance.The self-cleaning cycle should be used infrequently. If appliances are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
  • Trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in designated bins. Do not flush any object down the toilets except toilet paper because major damage is likely to occur.
  • You are strictly prohibited from bringing any rental equipment, generators or supplemental appliances onto the Property without the prior written approval of property.
