"The house was just beautiful. Lots of natural light and super clean. The kitchen was a great size to gather. We cooked one night there and it was like being at home. The grill was convenient on the porch outside the kitchen. The pool was lovely but we spent most free time waking up the beach which is only a short walk. If you want to carry a lot to the beach you can rent a wagon and chairs etc from the rental company. We didn’t take advantage of our credit as we did not have small children where the wagon would be helpful. Plenty of parking with two spots in the garage and at least 4-5 cars outside which is nice when everyone brings their own car. It was nice to wash towels and clothes there also so you don’t have to pack so many clothes just bring your washing detergent. Bring your toiletries and I also brought a steamer which was useful. Also bring your hair dryer. Great experience and highly recommended."

Things you need to know
All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more, the choice is yours!
Elevator - For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of every individual. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator. We value the safety and satisfaction of our guests and aim to provide a seamless experience during their stay.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
- Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
- Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
- Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
- Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
- If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
- Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- Do not use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
- Occupancy limits for the property, which is set by the City of Isle of Palms is people over the age of two years old.
- No fraternities, schools, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed unless the Owner grants prior approval.
- Guest agrees to compensate owner for any damages above and beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning requirements, and/or missing or broken household items.
- Guests must obtain permission from the Owner to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Under no circumstances are pets allowed in pools or hot tubs. Violation of this provision shall be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If a hot tub or pool is provided at the Rental Property, it will be prepared and tested for proper and safe chemicals prior to or on the day of occupancy.
- Misuse of a hot tub or pool by the spilling of foreign substances into the pool, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, or metal will result in a Service Call Charge at the sole discretion of Owner.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- The Rental Property may offer access to recreational and water activities, including but not limited to canoes, bicycles, and swimming. Guest fully understands and acknowledges that outdoor recreational and water activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
- House parties are not allowed as restricted by the City of Isle of Palms. Occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend other guests, neighbors, or local businesses.
- All guests must comply with the Rules and Regulations published by the City of Isle of Palms.
