I'm a 30 year old woman that traveled with a group of 11 women to have a fun vacation in beautiful Punta Cana. We only speak English. When we arrived at the airport, Jose was ready and waiting to pick us up. We had problems with getting the size rental cars that we needed for our group. Jose went above and beyond by calling and setting us up with a private driver (Franc- he was awesome also) to chauffeur us around for our whole trip at a very reasonable price. Our problem was solved. He was more than willing to translate for us whenever we needed him. He was very informative with club info, excursion options, and just letting us know where to go for whatever we needed. The house itself was beautiful and clean. It sat on a golf course but the subdivision private beach was a short walking distance away. The maid and butler were awesome as well. Lorenzo can make the best piña coladas. I would recommend this rental and management company to anyone. It's definitely worth every penny!

- Events: Unauthorized large gatherings, commercial events, and parties are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; excessive noise that may disturb neighboring properties is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets and animals of any kind are prohibited.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
Equipment & Amenities
- Utility Conservation: Turn off air conditioning, lights, and electronics when leaving a room. Air conditioning must also be turned off when exterior doors or windows are open.
- Security: Exterior doors and windows should be locked whenever the villa is unattended.

- Furniture Placement: Interior furniture and décor may not be moved or rearranged.
