Neighborhood: Eagles Nest - This beautiful home is adjacent to Great Camp amenities - including the fabulous Epic Chophouse restaurant - and is within a 1-minute walk to the General Store. Listen to the summer concert series from the back deck while the kids and dogs play in the fenced-in yard. Just after passing the popular Great Camp area, you will arrive at Eagles Landing – nestled in the trees yet still offering wonderful mountain views from the decks. - Even with all there is to do in Eagles Landing as well as within the Eagles Nest community, you may eventually decide to venture out and see the rest of our area. The location is ideal, with Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain so close (mountaintop yoga and bike trails in summer, scenic lift rides in summer and autumn, and amazing winter recreation including skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and tubing); experience the shops, dining, and events in the bucolic downtown areas of Banner Elk, Valle Crucis, Boone and Blowing Rock; or just take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our area is abundant in natural beauty and recreation any time of year, so there are multiple options for golf, fly fishing, hiking, antiquing and more. - Within the Eagles Nest luxury private gated community, guests may enjoy outdoor adventure and entertainment throughout the year. Live music, hiking and ATV trails, playgrounds and more await, all with family fun and exploration in mind. - Close to Alpine Wilderness Coaster

Private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
Getting to the property
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

We have stayed in many vacation homes from the Florida Keys to Breckenridge, and this one is at the top of the list of our most favorite homes we've stayed in!! Everything was as advertised and more! 3 families with a total of 8 of us, there was more than ample space. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and super comfy. The 5 kids were in absolute heaven in the kids room with the two sets of bunkbeds and the bed with trundle. They all loved going to bed to a movie together, and then rolling out of bed in the morning to the game room. We all greatly enjoyed hiking through the backyard over to the Great Camp for some mini golf and fun times in the sports fields. Of course the best time was the day it snowed and we all had a blast skipping going skiing and staying home with some of us going out and playing in the snow on the property, and others just enjoying curling up on the large couch in front of the cozy fire place, watching the snow come down. Thank you to the owners for the use of such a wonderful vacation home! We hope to book again next year!

Things you need to know
Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.

All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All linens and towels provided for your stay.
Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
This property has two exterior security cameras, the first is a Ring Doorbell camera that provides sight to the entryway and the driveway, and the second is located above the right-hand garage door, which provides sight to the driveway and front porch. No other cameras are present at the property.
The property is set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.
This home comes equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crockpots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item, it is best to bring that from your home.
This home is not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items, including plastic wrap or foil.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
- Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
- Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
- Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.
Events & Noise
- Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
- Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
- Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
- Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
- Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
- Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
- EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.
Equipment & Amenities
- Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.

- HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
- Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
- Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
- Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
- Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
- Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
- Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.
Checkout & Care
- Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
- Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
- Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
- Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
