The upper level features three king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and captivating lake vistas, along with a large bunkroom that sleeps eight in extra-long twin beds. A smaller bunkroom on the main level provides two additional beds, allowing up to 18 guests to be comfortably hosted in this exceptional retreat. 97% Refund: Receive a 97% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
This home is partially handicap-accessible.
Maximize your vacation by arranging boat rental, chef handcrafted meals (delivered and even pre-stocked in your rental before your arrival, all waiting for you at check-in), as well as private chefs, masseuse, watersport rentals, photographer, and other rental options to enhance your stay.
High-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities are provided.
Limited amounts of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee, coffee creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent are included.
This property has two active security cameras on the premises. One pointed to the driveway and road, and a second pointed towards the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25.
- Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
- Tents, chairs, catering trucks, “slip-n-slides”, pools, blankets, or any other items on the lawn are not permitted. The guest will be responsible for any damages to the lawn in the event these conditions are not observed.
- No rearranging furniture or leaving the property with extensive trash and debris.
- No unprogramming televisions or adding paid subscriptions.
- No open fires in undesignated areas or grills other than those provided.
- No firearms or fireworks are to be discharged on the Premises or neighborhood.
- No criminal or other illegal activities.
- No ATV vehicles are to be ridden on their grounds.
- No tampering with any locked areas.
- Some houses are equipped with canoes, kayaks, water toys, and floats. KEY does not guarantee that all equipment will always be in working order and there will be no refund if not.
- The property may be protected with security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and damage, as well as monitor parking and occupancy rules. There are NO cameras projected inside the home.
