Beach access is a two-minute walk from the front door — close enough to make multiple trips back without planning around it.
Private heated pool and hot tub are the centerpiece of the backyard, surrounded by multiple covered and open-air seating areas, a covered porch with a TV, an upper deck with a 65" screen, and a gas fire pit. Pool heating is available September through April for an additional fee of $275/night; it is not available May through August.
The game room opens directly onto the pool area via a garage-style door and comes equipped with a pool table, a second kitchen with beverage fridge and ice maker, and its own TV — a strong setup for groups that want an indoor/outdoor flow without retreating to the main house.
The kitchen is chef-grade — commercial-style 36" gas range, built-in fridge, marble island with bar seating, copper farmhouse sink, and a wine cooler. It's laid out for groups cooking in earnest.
Sleeping setup across six bedrooms: three kings (two with ensuites), two queens, and a bunk room with two doubles and two twins. The downstairs king suite is ADA-accessible. The upstairs primary adds a sitting area, fireplace, coffee bar, and private porch.
Beach gear credit is included with stays of 3–21 nights and applies toward bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, and more through IOP Escapes' rental partners. Starter supplies (linens, basic toiletries) are provided; stock up on consumables after arrival. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you check in.

The beach house is just beautiful with a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub that light up in the evenings. The kitchen is big and roomy and so pretty. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We loved everything about the house and neighborhood. The walk to the beach was very short and had a nice boardwalk to walk on. And of course, the beach is beautiful. Check in and check out went very well and was very easy. Truly one of the best vacation weeks we have ever had.

Things you need to know

The living room features a two-story open concept living area designed to provide ample space for the entire group.

The kitchen is high-end and that serves as a central hub for the home. Features a large marble island with bar seating for multiple guests. Equipped with high-end appliances, including a 36" gas range stove and a spacious, built-in refrigerator.

Rents Saturday - Saturday during the peak spring and summer months.

Please note that pool heating is not available from May 1st to August 31st. Pool heating is exclusively available from September 1st to April 31st and is available for an additional fee of $275/night

All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

  • Maximum occupancy: Up to 16 guests overnight; total on-site limit 40 or twice overnight occupancy, whichever is less
  • Age requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
  • Guest verification: Government-issued ID, credit card match, and screening (including possible background check) may be required
  • Guest responsibility: Primary renter is accountable for all occupants and compliance with local ordinances

Events & Noise

  • Events: Parties, weddings, and large gatherings strictly prohibited
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM; no outdoor amplified sound audible to neighbors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
