KEY Curation Notes

Sweeping Gulf views from the 16th floor. This top-floor unit looks out over the Gulf through full-height glass doors, with a private balcony positioned to catch the nightly water fountain and light show that runs along the boardwalk below. The beach sits a short walk across Front Beach Road rather than directly underfoot.
Five resort pools and two hot tubs. The Laketown Wharf complex includes a zero-entry pool, a shaded pool, an island pool, a rooftop pool with views, and a kiddie pool with slides.
A Gulf-facing fitness center with a steam room and sauna anchors the wellness offerings. The 52,000-square-foot lakefront boardwalk links three on-site restaurants, the Laketown Market, an ice cream and candy shop, and a putting green.
A king master with a spa-style en-suite. The primary bedroom opens to the balcony and includes a private bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large jetted soaking tub. Sleeping for eight is filled out by a second bedroom, a twin bunk room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Parking is paid and permitted through the resort. Up to two vehicles are allowed per unit, parked in the garage with passes displayed on the dashboard. A resort fee of roughly $120 covers the wristbands required for amenity access.

A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo. - Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
