- A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo. - Resort Fees (including wristbands): Type C - 1-Bedroom: $86.97 (7 Bands) Type B - 2-Bedroom: $103.66 (9 Bands) Type D - 3-Bedroom (1483 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands) Type A - 3-Bedroom (1681 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands - Type A units may purchase up to two additional temporary bands at a cost of $12 each.) - All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo. - Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Events & Noise
- No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).
Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
- Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
- No illegal drugs.
- No firearms or weapons.
- No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.
Equipment & Amenities
- Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
- A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
- Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
- Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
- Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
- Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.
Checkout & Care
- Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
- Do not rearrange furniture.
- Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
- Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.

- No refunds for Wi-Fi issues, amenity closures, maintenance, inspections, weather, or service interruptions beyond management's control.
