Direct Gulf-front position on the 9th floor. This condo looks straight out over the Gulf and Panama City Beach's sugar-white sand, with a private balcony and beach access steps from the building.
The resort amenities run deep. Two Gulf-front outdoor pools, two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a poolside bar and grill, a Starbucks market and cafe, a spa, tennis courts, and a movie theater. The on-site fitness center is the one amenity that requires a separately purchased pass.
A king master with flexible common-area sleeping. The bedroom holds a king, and the living area adds a queen and twin sleeper sofa to reach five. The single full bathroom has a walk-in shower.
An in-unit washer and dryer sit alongside a fully equipped kitchen.
Parking is paid and registered ahead of arrival. Garage spots are directly across Front Beach Road, reached via a third-level crosswalk, at roughly $40 per pass covering up to 30 days.
WiFi is available but not guaranteed, and TV runs entirely through streaming apps rather than cable. Pack a hotspot if a reliable connection matters, and bring your streaming logins.
Beach chair and umbrella service is available for a fee through the resort's beach vendor, bookable in advance.

Things you need to know

The unit utilizes a secure digital E-lock system with a unique code issued for each stay, providing seamless self-check-in. Pool passes and wristbands are included and will be located inside the condo upon arrival. Please leave wristbands in the unit at departure; missing bands will result in a replacement charge.

All guests over the age of twelve must wear a blue & white property ID band when onsite, otherwise you will be escorted off the resort’s property.

TV service is provided through a streaming app. Smart TVs already have the app installed, and non-smart TVs include a streaming device. Traditional cable boxes are no longer used. Guests may log into personal apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

In addition, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, located on floor 15 of Tower 1. Each machine requires $2 in quarters per load. Before placing items into the washing machines, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary renter must be 25+ and stay in the unit.
  • Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
  • Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
  • No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.

Events & Noise

  • No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
  • No illegal drugs.
  • No firearms or weapons.
  • No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
  • A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
  • Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
  • Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
  • Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
  • Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.

Checkout & Care

  • Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
  • Do not rearrange furniture.
  • Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
  • Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.
