Things you need to know

A sleeper sofa is available in the lower level.

The driveway is steep but 4WD is recommended, specifically during winter months. Driveway renovations, including new entrance, completed late summer 2022.

There is a shared access road, do not block at the base of the driveway.

This property is cleaned and disinfected to the highest degree, and we strive to keep our homes free of insects and other pests to the extent possible.

This property is stocked with an initial supply of bathroom and cleaning essentials.

Restrictions

  • 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 4 night minimum is required for all holidays.
  • This is a non- smoking rental. Smoking inside of the home will result in a $500 fine.
  • Please take great care to dispose of ashes only when they are cool and place them in a designated receptacle or area.
  • The property is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or left behind during your stay.  If anyone in your group leaves an item behind, and notifies us of the loss, we are happy to facilitate its return to you.
  • Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
  • Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The property is not responsible for items left behind.
  • Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
