- Convenient access to downtown Breckenridge and the mountains. - Access to one on-site parking spot; within walking distance to the Breck Gondola, Main Street, and all the shops and restaurants downtown.

Parking information

- When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you’ll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you’ll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, you’ll see the door to the right, labeled #1. Let yourself in to your living room and take in the high ceilings.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very close to downtown in a easy to get to location. Brand new and nicely furnished and outfitted. We would stay here again!

No glass, or breakable drink containers are allowed in or near the hot tub area.
Uses of a vehicle with AWD or 4WD while traveling in Colorado is recommended.
Tenant will be responsible for keeping exterior and garage doors closed when not in use.
No smoking/vaping inside or near the premises.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
