Hardwood floors, an open-concept living space, and a well-appointed kitchen with a gas range and large center island create an inviting atmosphere, while multiple indoor and outdoor living areas make it easy to enjoy every moment together. Thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements, including a separate bunk area for younger travelers, provide comfort and privacy for the whole group. Outside, a private backyard oasis awaits with a sparkling pool featuring a sun shelf, comfortable loungers, a screened-in porch, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. A built-in natural gas grill and outdoor dining area set the stage for effortless cookouts, while a second screened porch with a porch swing offers a peaceful place to unwind. Just a short walk from the sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach, the home also includes four complimentary adult bikes and an inflatable paddleboard for exploring the area's scenic trails and coastal waters. Neighborhood: Seagrove Beach - The home is situated in a coastal community with easy walkability to local beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants. To find the nearest beach access, guests head south on Dalton Drive, turn left onto Eastern Lake Road, and follow it to the access path located between 471 and 493 Eastern Lake Road.

- Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. - Please note that vehicles are strictly prohibited inside the garage, which is reserved for storage and amenities only.

We loved it here. The heated pool and backyard area were perfect for out kids. Enjoyed proximity to multiple beach access points and Greenway Station. Management was very prompt in responding to any issue. Highly Recommend.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee per day.
All linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout.

Please note that in order to utilize the Low-Speed Vehicle that comes with the home, you will be required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit to 30a Gulf Carts.

- Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests stated for the property.
- The primary renter is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and visitors and for any damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
- Only registered guests are permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
- The property is intended for residential vacation use only. Commercial use, subleasing, or transferring the reservation is prohibited.
Events & Noise
- Events & Parties: Weddings, parties, large gatherings, and other events are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must comply with all local noise ordinances and applicable HOA quiet hour requirements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not permitted unless the property is specifically designated as pet-friendly.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activities and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- Parking: Parking is limited to designated areas and the maximum number of vehicles allowed for the property.
- Amenities _(if equipped)_: Pools, hot tubs, grills, docks, elevators, and other amenities may have additional property-specific rules that must be followed.
- Amenity Malfunctions: No refunds are provided for temporary failures or unavailability of amenities or household systems beyond the property manager's control.
Checkout & Care
- Guests must leave the property in good condition and follow all checkout instructions provided before departure.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of excessive cleaning, property damage, or missing items.
