Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid US Driver’s Licenses and US Vehicle Insurance.
- The reservation is required to be made by an individual of at least 25 years of age unless he/she is an active member of the military. The Property is considered a family vacation rental, and therefore, each individual under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must also reside at the Property throughout the duration of the stay. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee are required for all stays 15 nights or longer.
- Most properties utilize the latest electronic locking technology. No keys are provided for that Property. Access codes will be sent via text message to the Guest. This is also available in the mobile Guest app. There are a number of properties that have a traditional key access. Be sure to review your check-in instructions to verify if keys need to be picked up.
- We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or any Acts of God and, refund of rental monies will not be given.
- All dogs must be authorized prior to arrival.
- All items are accounted for and documented prior to your arrival and should be returned to their original location if moved during your stay to avoid any additional service charges of up to $250.
- Each Property includes a stated limitation on the number of overnight Guests which the Property can accommodate. No exceptions will be made to this stated capacity. Should more individuals than allowed be found to be staying at the Property, then Guests will be asked to vacate the Property and no refund will be given.
- Properties with heated pools and spas are heated to approximately 82 degrees. When the ambient temperature falls below 65 degrees for more than 5 hours, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. On days when the weather is cool, the pool heaters may not be able to accommodate swimming. Temperature recovery times will vary due to the outdoor temperature. Pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Residential pool pumps do not run overnight, but typically run 6-8 hours per day during the hours of 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. We are not responsible for the temperature of the pool due to weather and cannot provide compensation for any such events. Pool service is valued at $25 per day - refunds are prorated if the pool equipment malfunctions or is inoperable.
- Guest is responsible for providing charcoal for any outdoor barbecues provided unless specified in the Property description. There are some Properties that do not permit barbecue grills.
