Very easy company to work with and very friendly! The house had everything we needed and looked exactly as pictured. We loved the pool and hot tub and the games outside as well. We have 2 teens ages 18 and 14 and they loved everything about the house. The elevator was great for my mother who cannot go up and down stairs. Wonderful week!
