The villa is situated on Long Bay Beach, named one of the top 10 best island beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveller. The beach is the perfect location to relax; for the more energetic, water sports such as kiteboarding, kayaking, and sailing are on offer. - The location is adjacent to the Shore Club Resort allowing for easy access to a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, and spa facilities. - Grace Bay is less than two miles away, with an array of luxury fine dining restaurants, bars, and shops to tempt the most demanding visitor. - Providenciales golf course is a short, 2.5-mile drive away, - Blue Haven yacht marina, slightly further (4 miles) along the coast.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach front villa. You literally walk out of the property onto the white powdery sands and turquoise waters of Long Bay Beach. The location beside the Luxury Shore Club resort is very convenient and we enjoyed their restaurants, bars and spa. Some of our group had a great time kiteboarding and the ladies enjoyed the infinity pool on the second floor of the villa and relaxing on the beach. The outdoor lounge on the upper floor is spectacular in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
