We're delighted to provide two pack-and-plays to lighten your travel load, but please note that we do not supply sheets or bedding for them.
Private chefs and caterers are available for gourmet culinary delights.
The heated garages are equipped with a catering refrigerator, bikes and helmets, snowshoes, hiking gear, yard games, and more.
Each bed features brand-new pillow-top mattresses, luxury linens, and bedding.
The kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances including a waffle iron, air fryer, rice cooker, and Foreman grill, stocked with pantry staples, a refrigerator filled with condiments, and features two gourmet coffee stations with K-Cups, fresh beans, grinder, creamers, sweeteners, tea, and a classic popcorn maker with seasoning for added convenience.
Unlimited essentials include paper products, soaps, lotions, shampoo, cotton pads, Q-tips, and more.
Activity Center: Corn hole, sleds, snow shoes, games, and more for outdoor fun.
Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans, and our provided stand-alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- To comply with local regulations and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we must strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy limits for each property. Please note that at no time may the occupancy exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, including vendors, service providers, or guests not staying at the home.
- Should there be a concern with any items upon your arrival, please call our office. We will make every attempt to repair or replace items as such that are in need during your stay. All items within the homes are inspected periodically.
- To maintain a clean and safe environment, all properties are non-smoking. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vaping, and any other substances. Any smoking-related damages will be the responsibility of the guest. Smoking is permitted outside at single-family homes, as long as cigarette butts are disposed of correctly. Please be very careful with our trees and forests!
- If you forget something, please send us a text or email, and we will work with our crews to retrieve it. Our team will then arrange to ship the item back to you. The cost of the housekeeper's time and shipping is the responsibility of the guest.
