We came to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday with a girl's weekend and this house was literally perfect!! We loved the elevator so we could get our luggage upstairs easily. It is the perfect location, just a block away from the beach. It was walking distance from everything you need -- restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shopping, and the liquor store. We went to Shunk Gulley's every day. It's also about a 5 minute drive to Publix. I thought the pool would be small, but it is surprisingly spacious. We got it heated and were able to get in, in January! The house also has everything that you need, including coffee makers on every floor. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. I cannot say enough good things about it! We're already trying to plan when we can go back!

Additional heating fee $50/Day.
All linens are replaced at every check-out with fresh, clean, soft linens from our in-house laundry facility.
There are four chairs and ottomans to relax and a table for seven to enjoy outdoor dining.
Personal greeting & welcome gift from our team who will be available throughout your stay for any issues that arise.
Starter packs are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Please plan accordingly, purchase additional items at any local store depending on length of stay.
Restrictions
- Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The guest of record must be age 25+ and must stay each night with the group. No exceptions.
- No smoking or vaping in the house, balconies, yard, driveway, or anywhere on property.
- The max number of guests cannot exceed the “sleeps” number or max number above due to fire code and an agreement with our owners.
