This place was great for our group trip. The only thing I’d say is the starter kit is very minimal so be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc if you have a larger group. The location was great, super close to the beach. Also the place came with beach equipment which was great! Overall it was a great stay with good amenities and lots of things to do on the island

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and beach towels are provided one per person.
Starter supply of soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. These items are NOT replenished during your stay.
A selection of items such as beach chairs may be available, selection varies by property.
Extra pillows & blankets will be provided.
Restrictions
- Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
- Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
- Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
- Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
