Overall, this place was great. I was a little nervous to book at first because I wasn't sure what shape Lahaina was in after the fires. Staying here, you'd never know the fires even happened. We had a lovely time here. Here are some pros and cons: Pros - host has great communication. Coffee machine wasn't working and he arrived within a few hours with a new one. Very smooth. The views are incredible. You're right on the water, the sunsets are spectacular and it feels very peaceful. The house is clean, plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, cooking utencils, etc. Good area, gated community with a code needed to get in, feels very safe and private. Community Pool is pretty decent. The few things that aren't super clear in the photos are that 1) It's a townhouse so you share walls on both sides with neighbors. We didn't hear anyone inside but when you walk out onto the patio / grass area, you will most likely see neighbors on both sides close to you. The sand to lay out is 5 mins

  • Occupancy is restricted to a maximum number of Guests per property, which is not to exceed two guests per bedroom unless otherwise specified.
  • Guest shall not use the Property for any illegal or unlawful purpose, nor shall the Property be used in a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • In the event of a problem getting in the unit or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the unit, please immediately contact the Property Manager.
  • The guest hereby agrees and acknowledges that smoking of any substances, including but not limited to: cigarettes, marijuana and vape devices, is strictly prohibited within the rental unit, on any adjoining balconies or lanais, as well as anywhere else on the property premises during their stay.
