As part of a quadruplex, you will have access to the South second-level unit and the south portion of the rooftop patio.
The upstairs rooftop patio is a shared space, however, each unit has its own set of outdoor dining tables, BBQ, and hot tub.
Units are separated by locked adjoining doors for privacy, with potential occasional noise from adjacent units.
Central HVAC is available in bedrooms only.
Beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys are communal and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The property includes exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices for security.
Restrictions
- Guests must be at least 30-year old to rent this home, except for families if not all adults are over 30.
- Located in Central Mission Beach's high-density neighborhood, the rental adheres to strict rules suitable for quieter groups. A zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy violations, parties, smoking, or pets is enforced, with the potential for eviction without refund if not complied with.
