Each ensuite boasts a king bed, a smart TV, and a luxurious full bath. One features a walk-in tiled shower, while the other offers a tiled tub/shower combo. Additional convenience is found with a half bath and a separate laundry center located off the kitchen. Take pleasure in the serene wooded yard and its inviting fire pit on the back deck, perfect for savoring a morning cup of tea or coffee brewed with the provided Keurig machine. Stay tuned for the upcoming addition of a brand new hot tub, adding an extra touch of relaxation to your stay.

The property was as advertised. It's new, clean, and very comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and we used the gas fireplace daily. Wifi was excellent and all TV's we large and smart. Furnishings were great and we took advantage of the gas grill and even used the outdoor gas fire pit one night for a few minutes (it was cold). We had 3 in our party and the house was a perfect size. It was our first time staying in Eagles Nest and we loved it. We saw bears, dear, turkey, and we were able to enjoy the peak of fall leaves. Would definitely stay here again.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
This beautiful home also features Internet and cell phone boosters. All homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance.
All linens and towels provided for your stay.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person.
Please note that Eagles Nest is an up and coming community with new development and construction throughout the entire community. Due to how sound travels, you hear heavy vehicles and equipment during your visit.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- Viewing of PPV programs is prohibited by Owner and will result in a separate charge to the credit card on file.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
