Neighborhood: Seascape Sur - The condo is walking distance just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf! Solana Beach is a quiet beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a Sunday farmers' market - all within a few minute's drive of the condo (some are walkable!). Check out the Cedros Design District and Fletcher's Cove. You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego or the Zoo, which is just 20 miles away, Sea World is 18 miles away, and Legoland is 15 miles away. The train station is walking distance, less than a mile away! An absolutely stunning property, with an amazing view. The pictures do not do it justice. All our needs were anticipated, with lots of clean linens, towels and amenities, including a queen bed that can be separated into 2 singles. We had amlovely vacation in a beautiful place. We would love to come back because we were so comfortable and well taken care of.

Suitable for elderly
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months.
Please note the condo like adjacent condos along the bluff has spotty cellular service and WiFi calling is recommended when within the unit.
The condo is not child-proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child-proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay.
Guests have private access to the entire three-bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces in a tandem configuration. The condo complex has shared access to two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, the beach, and a parking garage.
Complimentary K-cup pods, sugar and creamer provided for guest use.
All bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer
There are no surveillance devices inside any Property Management’s property.
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and coffee K-cups for the Keurig.
We also supply bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, cold-weather blankets, and, where available, beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids’ beach toys.
Please note that we provide guests a starter set of supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to resupply items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to schedule.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Security Deposit Hold of $1,000 required prior to guest arrival.
- The property owner and Property Management assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.
- Properties are for residential vacation use only. No commercial use, events, or unauthorized gatherings without written consent.
- Maximum occupancy must match the listing and cannot be exceeded without written approval. Over-occupancy is subject to a $500 per person per day fee and eviction.
- Please notify us in advance of any children under age 18 staying at the property.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the premises. Violations are subject to a $500 cleaning fee and immediate eviction.
- Tampering with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or exterior security cameras is strictly prohibited.
- Do not disable or block any safety equipment.
- A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged at booking.
- Additional charges apply for excessive cleaning or damage.
- All fees must be paid before check-in.
- Guests will be immediately evicted (without refund) for: Hosting unapproved parties or events;
- Drug use or criminal behavior;
- Use of stolen credit cards;
- Cryptocurrency mining;
- Violating occupancy, pet, or smoking policies.
- Property Management reserves the right to charge your card for: Property damage, missing items, unauthorized late check-outs or guests, extra cleaning required, payment disputes (e.g. chargebacks) made without contacting Property Management may be treated as a breach of agreement.
- No Refunds for: Weather events, power outages, noise, or construction; Inoperable amenities (e.g., hot tubs, Wi-Fi, HVAC); Delays caused by acts of nature or government.
- Guest assumes full responsibility for their party’s safety.
- Property Management and the property owner are not liable for injuries, lost property, or accidents.
- Guest accepts all risks associated with recreational or water activities.
- Items left behind may be returned (upon request) for a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Unclaimed items are discarded after 14 days.
