Parking information
- Gate Passes: One complimentary pass included; additional passes available for purchase ($19 per week, per car). - Parking is available for up to 6 cars (2 in the garage, 4 in the driveway). - The parking at the club is not open to the public, so we recommend you bike, walk, or take the trolley. - Sea Pines community does not permit the operation of motorcycles/motorized scooters, except for approved handicapped conveyances, within the community. - No oversized transport vehicles or vans, trailers, or commercially marked vehicles are permitted in residential areas, including driveways, overnight. - Parking is restricted to the property’s driveway, carports (where applicable), garage spaces (where applicable & approved), and parking spots only. Any damage to the lawn, irrigation, or landscaping due to Occupant(s) vehicles will be at the Responsible Party’s expense.

Things you need to know
Biking is a popular way to explore Hilton Head, offering a scenic and convenient way to immerse yourself in the island’s natural beauty. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to Tidal Tranquility, making it easy to embark on adventures along the 15 miles of private bike trails in Sea Pines. During peak season, the free Sea Pines Trolley offers convenient transportation throughout the community.
The two twin beds in Bedroom #4 is convertible to a King bed.
Complimentary Essentials: Dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, kitchen spices, and starter cleaning supplies.
Luxury Bath Products: Full-size Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom, along with hair dryers.
Beach Convenience: Turkish beach towels, a soft-sided beach cooler, and a complimentary beach umbrella for your outings.
Coffee Perks: Both Keurig and drip coffee machines, with complimentary K-Cups, creamer, and sweeteners.
Additional Rentals: Bikes, extra beach gear, and baby gear are available upon request.
Pool & Spa Heating: Available for an additional fee with a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the specified arrival date. Please inquire for pricing for a specific stay, the cost varies depending on the time of year and your length of stay. Heaters will be activated prior to guest arrival, so long as payment has been received.
The property will be set up with bed linens, bath towels, and starter amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Additional towel bundles may be provided for an additional charge.
The following items will be provided in the kitchen: 1 paper towel roll, hot pads, dish rags, a starter supply of dish soap, a large container of dishwashing pods, trash bags, Ziploc bags, parchment paper, and aluminum foil. A complimentary coffee station will include K-Cups, assorted sweeteners, and assorted creamers.
The following items will be provided in the bathrooms: a floor mat, 1 box of tissue, hand soap, and a hair dryer (in each full bathroom). A large container of laundry pods is provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The Property is not “baby-proofed”. The Responsible Party and Occupant(s) have rented the Property, knowing & accepting the possible dangers associated with having small children at the Property, which has not been child or baby-proofed
- Use as a venue for any public or private function or gathering that results in more people than the maximum occupancy of the house is not permitted.
- Criminal activity, illegal downloading, commercial photography & filming is strictly prohibited.
- Improper use of furniture, such as the use of a couch for additional sleeping accommodations, the use of a bed as a trampoline, use of a chair or stool as a ladder are prohibited.
- Drone usage is prohibited by Sea Pines covenants.
- Occupying the Property beyond the Departure Date & Time constitutes trespassing unless agreed to in advance in writing.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted under any circumstance due to fire & safety hazards. If more than the approved number of occupants resides at the property, the Responsible Party and all Occupant(s) will be required to vacate the property and no refund will be given for the unused portion of the Rental Stay.
- Sea Pines community allows for construction, repair and renovation work Monday – Saturday from 7am – 7pm. Noise from neighboring construction, repairs & renovation is unavoidable and out of our control. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to discomfort, noise, or inconveniences arising from construction, repairs or renovations around the Property.
- Please report all maintenance concerns regarding the Property immediately.
- Any damage or theft to the Property, furnishing or personal belongings incurred due to not properly securing the property is the responsibility of the Responsible Party.
- When unforeseen mechanical issues arise with the pool or spa equipment, which prevents the heater from working as determined by a professional pool company and cannot be repaired within 24 business hours a refund equal to the unused portion of the pool heat fee will be issued. No adjustments will be made to the rental rate.
- Property use as a venue for any public or private function or gathering which results in more people than the maximum occupancy of the house is not permitted. This restriction includes, but is not limited to wedding ceremonies/ rehearsals/ receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, and graduation events unless specifically approved in writing. Further, the set-up of items such as, but not limited to, chairs, tables, tents, and lighting for any reason are not permitted.
