Parking information
There is parking for 1 vehicle in the single bay garage and 2 vehicles on the driveway. The moped in the garage is NOT for guest use.

HIDDEN HARBOR was our one-week home for 8 people while attending a family event. The well-appointed amenities and the layout of the home made our stay memorable. Everyone enjoyed the pool with outdoor seating, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook for and entertain our family. We loved the spacious Master BR as it was opposite from the other bedrooms. We would be happy to stay here again.

Things you need to know
High chairs and Pack N' Plays are available to rent.
The pool heat cost is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Four kayaks- 2 two-person adult kayaks and 2 single-person, child-size kayaks- are ready for guests to paddle the sparkling, freshwater lake. The lake is private to the neighborhood and stocked for catch-and-release fishing.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Property is for short-term lodging by registered guests only.
- All overnight guests must be listed on the Rental Agreement.
- Standard occupancy includes adults, children, and infants; exceeding it requires written approval.
- Guest count must be appropriate for available beds and sleeping arrangements.
- Maximum of 4 daytime visitors unless prior approval is granted.
- Family-friendly stays only; exceptions require approval before booking.
- Guests must follow all house rules, occupancy limits, and applicable HOA/community regulations.
- Violations may result in eviction, termination without refund, forfeiture of payments/deposits, and recovery of resulting costs or damages.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, gatherings, and events of any size are prohibited.
- Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid excessive or disruptive noise. NoiseAware monitors noise levels but does not record sounds or conversations.

- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited where designated.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activity is prohibited.
- Misconduct: Conduct that damages the property or disturbs others is prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- TV: TVs are streaming-only; no satellite or cable service.
- Security Camera: An exterior camera faces the street and driveway.
- Safety Equipment: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
- Electricity: Monthly-rate stays incur a daily electricity fee for dates from May through September.
Checkout & Care
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear; repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.
- A refundable security deposit may be required.

- Use of pools, hot tubs, kitchens, outdoor areas, equipment, and surrounding amenities _(if equipped)_ is at the guest’s own risk.
