KEY Curation Notes

A 4,000+ sq ft downtown home with panoramic views of Bear Creek Canyon, Ajax Mountain, and Ingram Falls — all from multiple private decks. The south-facing orientation means all-day sun, and the hot tub faces directly into the canyon.
All four bedrooms are en suite. The layout spans multiple levels with meaningful separation between sleeping areas, making this well-suited for two families or a mixed group.
The kitchen is a genuine cooking setup — six-burner cooktop with griddle, large island, bar seating for four, and a dining table for eight-plus, with the kitchen and dining room opening directly to the outside.
Walking distance to Main Street, the gondola, Town Park, and the festival grounds. The Jud Wiebe trailhead is directly accessible from the property. This is a town location with outdoor access built in.
One reserved parking space at Camel's Garden next to the gondola is included — a notable perk given how limited parking is in downtown Telluride.
The fireplace is decorative and non-functional. Worth knowing if a working fireplace is on your list.

Neighborhood: Downtown Telluride - You’re set just above the bustle of Main Street in Bear Creek Heights — quiet, peaceful, surrounded by panoramic views of Bear Creek Canyon, Ajax Peak, and Ingram Falls — yet restaurants, coffee shops, and the gondola are a 4–5 minute walk. In summer, you’re steps from the festival grounds. You can hear the music from the deck. It’s that close. - Walk to the festival grounds and Main Street.

Parking information

- Two parking spots in the driveway. - Parking for one vehicle at Camel's Garden. A reserved parking spot at Camel’s Garden, right next to the gondola, is included. That means a 3-minute drive from the house, park your car, and you’re on the mountain — no shuttles, no circling for parking, no hassle. It’s one of the most seamless ski access setups in Telluride.

It’s pretty special to find a home that checks all the boxes, but this one did. Me and six friends booked this house for a long weekend and were happy to find that not only were we greeted with a fully stocked and beautiful home, but some of the best views we had ever seen. This home truly had all the creature comforts, but what really made it pop was feeling like every window (and the hot tub) was showing you some of the most scenic vistas you can find in the US. Beyond that, having easy walking access to the park and shops/restaurants/bars/cafes of downtown was incredible. If you plan to ski, there’s also easy access walking or driving to the gondola. I will be attempting to book this home every time I head back to Telluride.

This Telluride vacation rental does NOT have any cameras or listening devices.

Please note the fireplace is decorative and is not functional.

Two ski passes are included with each night of rental, along with your own reserved parking spot at Camel’s Garden, right next to the gondola.

Long-term stays allowed

Toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, sponge, dish tabs for dishwasher, coffee filters for coffee maker, laundry soap, dish soap, foil, cling wrap, kitchen garbage bags, salt, pepper, hotel amenities including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel, and hand soap are provided.

This property has the following: Bed linens and towels. There are 2 sets of towels per guest. Additional towels for the hot tub if a hot tub is an amenity. Sheets provided for pull-out sofas, extra blankets, extra pillows in the home, fans, humidifiers, or a whole-home humidification system.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • All guests must sign a Guest Occupancy Agreement. For damage protection coverage, the primary guest must provide name, phone number, email address, and physical address for identity verification.
  • The guest signing the reservation agreement is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and for any intentional or malicious damage, theft, unnecessary maintenance, or excessive cleaning caused by anyone in the party.
  • Most reservations include accidental damage protection covering reported accidental damage up to $2,000. Damage must be reported immediately to qualify for coverage. Intentional damage, malicious damage, theft, unattended pet damage, unnecessary maintenance, and excessive cleaning are not covered.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets (Dogs Only): In pet-friendly homes, approved dogs are permitted with a fee of $35 per dog, per day, plus a $75 cleaning fee.
  • Guests must clean up after pets; excessive pet-related mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
  • Dogs may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate.
  • Unattended dog damage is not covered by damage protection.
  • Unauthorized pets in any home may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee.
  • Pets are prohibited in non-pet-friendly homes unless specifically approved.
  • Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 fee.
  • Firearms, Explosives & Fireworks: Firearms, explosives, and fireworks are prohibited on the property.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Parking: Parking availability varies by property. Many condominium and townhome communities allow only one vehicle per reservation. Guests are responsible for complying with all parking restrictions applicable to the property.
  • Internet, TV & Household Amenities: Properties generally include Wi-Fi, television service (cable, satellite, or streaming), linens, towels, and standard household amenities. Availability and specific services may vary by property.
  • Equipment & Maintenance Reporting: Guests must promptly report any maintenance, appliance, equipment, furnishing, or amenity issues encountered during their stay. Non-emergency issues reported after 5:00 PM may be addressed the next business day.
  • No Refunds for Malfunctions: No rent reductions, credits, or refunds will be provided due to equipment, appliance, furnishing, utility, internet, television, or amenity failures.
