Guests can also enjoy complimentary beach service from March through Labor Day, including two chairs and an umbrella waiting on the sand. Beyond the beach, 602-E places visitors in the heart of Panama City Beach with easy access to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, local dining, shopping, and entertainment. Scenic Highway 30A and its charming beach communities are also just a short drive away for those looking to explore more of the Gulf Coast. The property’s beachfront pool, hot tub, sundeck, and private beach access make it easy to enjoy every moment under the Florida sun. With accommodations for up to six guests, including a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living area, this inviting retreat is designed for memorable coastal getaways.

Directly on the Gulf, sixth floor. The balcony looks straight out over the emerald water and sugar-white sand, with the shoreline steps from the building entrance.

Free beach service is included March through Labor Day. Two chairs and an umbrella are set up on the sand — no hauling gear, no extra charge.

Heated beachfront pool and hot tub on-site. Both are shared building amenities on the pool deck facing the Gulf.

Sleeps six across two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a king, the second a queen, and there are two full bathrooms.

Starter supplies are minimal. A small toiletry kit, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided but not restocked. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you arrive.

Guests & Occupancy

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check in unless approved in writing. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The guest is responsible for all occupants, reservation charges, payment compliance, and adherence to all rental policies.
Property may only be used for vacation purposes. Valid photo ID, selfie, and names of all occupants are required.

Equipment & Amenities

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon approval and subject to availability, and are generally unavailable during peak periods unless confirmed by the reservation team.

Management reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations if the reserved property becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues, property sale, owner withdrawal, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond management's control. If comparable accommodations are unavailable, guests will receive a full refund.
Check-in readiness may be delayed due to cleaning, maintenance, inspections, or unforeseen operational issues. Refunds, credits, or rate adjustments will not be provided for delayed access.
Management reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse reservations affected by pricing inaccuracies, software integration errors, occupancy conflicts, or failed/declined payment transactions.
