- Parking for up to four cars beneath the house. - Boats, trailers, jet skis, and recreational vehicles are prohibited in most communities. - Due to community association restrictions, limited parking passes are provided to rental agencies for most villas and town homes, so please make appropriate travel plans.

What a beautiful property! We had such a great time! There was 9 of us girls and we had plenty of room. Folly beach is so cute and several shops within walking distance. And some cute coffee shops within walking distance as well! Public beach access was within walking distance. Perfect location! Just a short ride to downtown Charleston! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

If you need more space, Langdon Lagoon offers the flexibility to combine with neighboring properties:
Marie Marsh: Attached duplex, also with 4 bedrooms and a pool, for up to 20 guests combined.
Bridget’s Bungalow: A 7-bedroom single-family home across the street, accommodating up to 36 guests.
Your vacation rental includes a standard supply of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Please plan to bring or purchase kitchen towels along with any depletable groceries and vacation supplies. Examples of items to bring or purchase: Soap & Shampoo, Dish & Laundry Detergents, Trash Bags, Toilet Tissue & Paper Towels, etc.
All properties are privately owned & decorated and are equipped with basic kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom accessories. These arrangements may change without notice.
During certain seasons, reservations may require a minimum number of nights or a specific arrival date. Restrictions may apply for holidays and are subject to change.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No loud music or parties allowed.
- Any damage and/or additional cleaning intentionally caused by neglect of Guest or Guest’s occupants will be immediately charged to Guest’s credit card.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking in a property will result in a $1000.00 charge to Guest’s credit card.
- Agent is not responsible for any personal articles lost, stolen, or left on the premises.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Property Management and Property Owner from any and all incidents and/or injuries that may occur while using the premises or surrounding area.
- All properties are serviced at departure by third party cleaning companies. Refunds, compensation, alternate accommodations, or discounts are not available for housekeeping dissatisfaction. Guest acknowledges equipment breakdowns may occur, and Guest agrees to contact Agent immediately so maintenance can be scheduled.
- Agent and Owner are not responsible for the working conditions or malfunction of any equipment such as but not limited to air conditioners, TVs, internet, sound systems, refrigerators, ovens, or ranges. Refunds, compensation, alternate accommodations, or discounts are not available for appliance failure, mechanical failure, utility interruption, or area construction.
- The Occupancy limit is listed on the specific property page on our website. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, mobile units, campers, and RVs are prohibited.
- Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. The occupancy limit for the property is the maximum amount of guests permitted on the premises at any time.
- Certain properties have specific rules and regulations which must be observed. These rules may include but are not limited to parking, pool use, grill use, and smoking area.
- All properties are privately owned & decorated and are equipped with basic kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom accessories. These arrangements may change without notice. Refunds, compensation, alternate accommodations, or discounts are not available for dissatisfaction with property condition, furnishing, accessories, or appliances.
- The beaches of Charleston, SC are semi-tropical barrier islands rich in wildlife. In such a habitat, it is common to see other forms of wildlife commonly referred to as “pests.” This includes but not limited to common pests such as Mosquitoes, Ants, Sand Gnats “No See Ums,” Cockroaches “Palmetto Bugs,” Bedbugs, and Fruit Flies. Owners provide routine, preventative pest control. Agent cannot guarantee Guest will not encounter pests during the rental period. Alternative accommodations, discounts, credits, or refunds are not available due to an encounter with pests.
