KEY Curation Notes

The private pool and hot tub are the heart of this home. An infinity-edge pool with integrated bar stools, a floating hot tub, and a large tiled lanai with both covered and open seating make the outdoor space genuinely exceptional — well-proportioned for groups of 8–10 and consistently cited as the highlight across multiple stays.
Ocean views are partial and require standing at the pool deck's edge. From a seated position the view is lush tropical landscaping and golf course greenery — beautiful, but not the panoramic ocean setting the listing language implies. Worth calibrating expectations before booking.
Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Two king suites with pocket doors opening directly to the pool lanai, a guest room with two doubles, and a custom bunk room — each with a private bath. The layout places one pair of bedrooms on each side of the central great room, giving the home an unusual degree of group privacy.
No Club at Kukui'ula access. The listing is explicit: golf, spa, farm, pools, and restaurants at the Club are not included. The Shops at Kukui'ula — dining, boutiques, and the Wednesday farmers market — are walkable, and Poipu, Shipwreck, and Lawai Beaches are a short drive.
The kitchen is well-stocked and the Sonos system is a genuine amenity. The home was incredibly well-kept and spacious, with plenty of sleeping room for both kids and adults—perfect for our large group. The beautiful scenery surrounding the property added such a peaceful and relaxing touch to our trip. The private pool was a major highlight! It gave our family hours of fun and created lasting memories. From morning swims to evening hangs by the pool, it truly made our stay unforgettable. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and just a quick text away. Any questions or needs we had were taken care of right away, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. They were also gracious enough to let our family stay a little past check-out when our flight was unexpectedly delayed, which we really appreciated. Equipment & Amenities

Comply with posted occupancy and hour restrictions. Pool fences available upon request for an additional fee (must be scheduled in advance). Turn off hot tub heat when not in use.
  • Recreational Equipment _(if equipped)_: Inspect before use; report issues immediately. Use according to laws and safety guidelines. Guest assumes all risk of injury or damage.
  • Utility Usage: Rental includes normal utility usage. Excessive usage will be charged to guest + 4.5% processing fee. Stays over 30 days may have utility caps.
  • Mechanical/Electrical Systems: No guarantees on AC, appliances, internet, TV, water, power, etc. Guests must report issues promptly. Service calls caused by guest misuse will be billed. No rent deductions for failures.
  • Extended outages may occur due to wildfire safety programs or extreme weather.

Checkout & Care

  • Early arrival requires prior approval.
  • Property must be left tidy and in similar condition to arrival.
  • Late departures without approval incur hourly charges (minimum one hour). After 4 pm, fee may equal the full daily rental rate.
  • Excessive cleaning billed at a minimum of $45/hour per cleaner.
  • Guests must report pre-existing damage upon arrival. Failure to report issues during stay may void refund consideration.

  • No refunds for failure of utilities, appliances, internet, AC, or similar systems.
