- Located on the North bay front, this home presents vacationers with a beautiful Balboa Island water front getaway. - Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination.

- There is an oversized one car garage with a washer and dryer included in the space. - Located off the garage on the street is an extra parking spot.

This cute home was the perfect place for us for a week in early June. The property is a duplex and we had the front part that faced the bay. Sitting on the patio made for great people watching both on and off the water. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. We liked that there was an extra refrigerator in the garage available for guests use. Beds were all comfortable and the easy walking distance to shops and restaurants made for a delightful stay. We look forward to coming back!!

Things you need to know
The home is supplied with a limited stock of paper goods and soaps to get most families through at least the first few days of their vacation. This initial supply will not be replenished or restocked during your stay but should include most or all of the following: Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes, liquid hand soap, body wash for the showers, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
You will be supplied with a full set of sheets & towels.
You will be supplied with cooking supplies, dishes, and dishware.
A hair dryer, iron, board, extra pillows, and blankets will be provided.
Please note that there is construction currently taking place across the alley on Apolena Ave.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Any damages, lost items, or cable/pay-per-view charges will be charged to the guest.
- Please observe all street signs regarding street sweeping days.
