Neighborhood: Breckenridge Ski Resort - This home enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Breckenridge, allowing you to take advantage of all that this fabulous mountain town has to offer with ease. The ski-in/ski-out home puts you just a 10-minute walk to the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort and less than two miles North of BreckConnect Gondola connecting you to the bases of peaks 7 and 8. Or head five minutes to the South and find yourself at the QuickSilver Superchair, another great option for quick access to the slopes. - When you are looking to explore city life, head five minutes to the East and find yourself on Breckenridge's historic Main Street, here you will find endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush-era mining town. In the summer months, have some outdoor fun hiking the trail nearby Snowflake Trailhead or go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone - a larger-than-life art sculpture made of natural materials. You are less than a five-minute drive away from Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can have endless family fun. Ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf, perfect for a summer evening activity.

Parking information

- Guests have access to the main portion of the home and parking for three vehicles (one in the garage and two directly in front of the garage, as the driveway is occasionally shared with the homeowner and the left side is off-limits). Trailers and RVs are not allowed without prior approval. - If you need to charge your electric vehicles, we have a 24᱐ volt NEMA 14-5᱐ power outlet in the heated garage. You’d need to bring your own mobile charger with compatible plug.

wonderful property, will for sure be back. 3 levels was great with rooms downstairs for the kids, adults upstairs . Kitchen was amazing, stocked with all the things you need and then some! Loved the grill outside and the hot tub was great. Plenty of linens, space, etc. One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Bravo!

Transit

Thanks to this home's close proximity you are truly in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer, meaning you can drive to just about anywhere in a matter of minutes. You are a four-minute walk from the Gold Camp bus stop, where you can hop on a FREE Breck Free Ride bus and find yourself connected to the incredible public transit system that makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind place. Don't miss the FREE Main Street Trolley, which is not only a convenient and charming way to tour Main Street, but also passes many of Breck's historic sites.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
  • People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
  • Excessive noise inside the quiet hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use.
  • The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner.
  • If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted.
  • At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub.
  • No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction.
  • Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour.
