This home was perfect for our family- the location was so convenient to get to many restaurants, beaches, state parks. The golf cart was such a hit and so nice not to load in and out of a car. The pool was close and a perfect way to start or end our day. The home was comfortable, like new and would highly recommend. Great communication and directions for easy check in and out! Will be back!!

Things you need to know

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, and small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities: (like hotel but NOT restocked) trial-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Use of the owner's 6 Beach Chairs is included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, does not function or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.
The pool heated seasonally is subject to change at any time by the HOA for the community. We are not responsible for any change in seasonal heating of the one pool in Prominence. No refunds for any change to the pool heated seasonally.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
