Very beautiful home but many, many stairs (which helped spread out the family at night, but limited use for some family that could not use the stairs easily). Very convenient location- with great pizzeria and other shops RIGHT next door and beach access across the street. Mild A/ C problem was addressed right away (the day after a hurricane passed the area). There was no iron (which we needed).
