What a gorgeous, contemporary condo with LOTS of space and great amenities. Did we mention stellar location on the mountain yet RIGHT in town? Everything in short walking distance. The house was equipped to the gills and the views, ease of use and cleanliness all were A+ as advertised. We stayed with 7 people and the lay-out of bedrooms and bathrooms was simply excellent for a group that size. THANK YOU!

65% Refund: Receive a 65% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know

The maximum allowable length of stay is 28 days.

Guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from the front desk during regular business hours).

Aspen Airport transfers must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours prior to travel.

All short-term rental guests receive housekeeping services every other day, with guests of economy and standard rentals receiving trash and towel service and deluxe and luxury guests receiving full housekeeping service. All reservations of 6 nights or more in any rental category receive a mid-stay linen change. Reservations of 30 days or more in any rental category receive a full cleaning and linen change once per week.

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
This complex has no elevator.
Please be courteous to our owners and use the locker area for sporting equipment such as skis, snowboards, ski boots and poles, bicycles, cleated shoes and all other outdoor items. These items are prohibited from the lodge rooms. Using the locker room instead of your condominium for storage helps to keep your room neat and tidy.
House pets are not permitted in our condominiums. No exceptions. If a pet is found occupying a condominium or home that has not been pre-approved, the guest will be asked to vacant the property and no refund will be issued. Certain homes will consider pets with approval and security deposit. Inquire for details.
If a pet is discovered in a rental, there will be a minimum fee of $500 per night. Service dogs must be disclosed and required paperwork must be completed before arrival. Any damage caused by a service animal will result in a minimum $500 fee for cleaning or repairs.
We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. We will make every effort to contact the guests and arrange the showing with them.
