Lakefront, not beachfront — but steps from the Gulf. This three-story modern home sits directly on Eastern Lake with 75 feet of private frontage, a private dock, and sweeping lake and Gulf views from every level. The nearest public beach access (Seagrove Beach East) is approximately a 5-minute walk. Beach gear and chairs are not confirmed included — check with the property manager before arrival.
Private pool and hot tub on the first floor. The oversized pool and hot tub open directly from the first-floor living and summer kitchen area onto the pool deck. Whether pool heating is available for a fee has not been confirmed publicly — verify terms at booking.
Every bedroom is a king with an ensuite. All nine bedrooms are configured with king beds and private bathrooms across three floors. The primary suite on the second floor adds a soaking tub, custom tiled shower, walk-in closet, and private porch. Three additional king suites occupy the top floor alongside the main chef's kitchen and entertaining spaces.
The living and dining spaces are on the third floor. The chef's kitchen, main dining room, and great room are positioned on the top level to capture the full lake and Gulf panorama — an inverted floorplan worth knowing before you arrive. An elevator services all three floors.

Things you need to know

An elevator is available for use upon request for an additional fee.

Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area we will receive evacuation instructions from the National Hurricane Center and our local governing officials. If the Mandatory Evacuation order is given, refunds will only be given by Red Sky Travel Insurance if you have purchased coverage before the storm was named. The company management will not issue a refund of any rent payments.
  • Properly working appliances, electronics, HVAC, elevators, etc. are not guaranteed. We do have a 24/7 helpline and repairs we are able to handle will be made as soon as possible as needed. No compensation or credit will be given for a temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, telephone, or other utilities. Outages should be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
  • No underage drinking or partying is allowed on the Rental Property. If we are made aware of these activities, we will be forced to remove the Guests from the Rental Property. All rental payments and deposits will be forfeited. Guests and invitees in violation will be removed by local law enforcement or the security company employed by the resort.
  • All Properties are non-smoking properties. Violators will be charged a fine of $750.
  • Pets are not permitted in Rental Properties under any conditions unless Rental Property is designated as pet-friendly.If a pet causes damage in a non-pet friendly Rental Property you will be held responsible for the cost of any damage caused by a pet.
  • No gas or charcoal grilling allowed in Rental Property or on balconies unless Rental Property is designated for grilling.
  • Please be advised that there may be a swimming pool and/or hot tub located in the neighborhood or on the premises of some of our rental properties. NO lifeguard/safety personnel are provided. Guests use the pool and other amenities at their own risk.
  • Pool is to be used by registered Guests and Guest invitees only. No glass allowed in pool area. There are no pool hours at private home pools, however please be considerate of neighbors. Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level.
  • The management company's agent or authorized persons may enter the Property to make repairs.
  • Weddings and special events must be approved by the Owner and homeowner’s association. A Reservation does not obligate the association to approve an event.
