Winter guests can enjoy ski pass pick-up and delivery, plus in-home ski gear fitting and rental, courtesy of the owner, with at least 72 hours' notice and subject to availability.
There is a strict no-event policy for this property. Fines will apply for unapproved events or occupancy exceeding 10 persons.
Fresh linens, bath towels, and pool & dish towels are provided.
Kitchen starter kit includes dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, and kitchen trash bags, as well as disinfectant, Windex, and all-purpose cleaner. Salt, Pepper and Olive oil is also provided.
Each bathroom is equipped with a starter kit which includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, room freshener, and toilet paper. Laundry detergent is also provided.
Daily housekeeping is not included with your stay, but please call if you'd like to arrange additional service.

Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly accommodations with prior authorization, an additional security deposit, and a pet cleaning fee. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines starting at $500, with additional charges for damage or cleaning. Pets may not be left in vehicles in parking lots.

- Late checkout may be approved upon request, subject to additional fees.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Lost Items: A $25 service fee plus shipping costs applies to returned belongings. Guests are responsible for checking the property before departure. Reasonable efforts will be made to recover lost items, but their return is not guaranteed.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected disruptions, including weather-related flight cancellations, road closures, illness, injury, or death in the family. Refunds are not provided within the 60-day no-cancellation window.
- Damage Waiver: Accidental damage to the property or its contents may be covered under the Damage Waiver, provided the incident is reported before checkout. Coverage limits vary by property.
