Upon arrival, guests can park and peacefully make their way down a shaded, tranquil footpath to reach the entryway of this beach home. Take a moment to admire the abundance of breathtaking greenery along the way, creating a magical vacation atmosphere. At the front of the cottage, you'll find the perfect spot for your morning coffee, with seating for two on an open-air porch. Step inside this modern cottage to be greeted by contemporary designer furnishings with a coastal flair. The first level of this beach cottage offers two king master bedrooms, each with their own beautifully renovated bathrooms. The first king master bedroom features a flat screen TV, closet, and a modern bathroom with a tub and shower combination, complete with a rain head and a shower wand. The second king master bedroom also has a mounted flat screen TV, closet, and a renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, equipped with a rain head and a shower wand. Head up to the second story and discover an open, modern living space, featuring a flat screen apple TV and ample comfortable seating, providing plenty of room to lounge and socialize. Additionally, the second story boasts a convenient dining area with a table for four, as well as a fully equipped, renovated open kitchen. This unit receives one parking pass for limited parking directly behind the building on a first come, first-served basis or on nearby Smolian Circle. Additional vehicles may pay the daily rate for paid parking areas.
Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
A cottage cleaning fee applies to clean and prepare the cottage for the next occupancy following your departure.
During your stay, you are responsible to place your waste items into plastic garbage bags and set these into the outdoor garbage cans at curb side and secure the can lids. Seaside town council empties these cans twice a week and three times during season.
The cottage may not be sublet, and your booking is not transferable to any other party.
