Featuring five luxuriously appointed bedroom suites and five bathrooms, this elegantly designed residence boasts two primary suites perfectly positioned on either side of the great room and kitchen to maximize both privacy and panoramic vistas. The spacious South side primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and breathtaking views of the Pacific. The primary bathroom is beautifully appointed with dual vanities, a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and private outdoor shower, while the remaining bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining with ample counter space, a large island, and breakfast bar. Patio doors in the great room, kitchen, and dining room slide automatically to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space that is perfect for gatherings. The covered lanai with outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ is the perfect space to relax and take in the spectacular views. The thoughtful design and furnishings incorporate the lush, tropical surroundings with plenty of lawn and landscaping surrounding the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. This seamless indoor-outdoor living experience is what Hawaii is all about, from soaking in the warm sunset views from the spa to enjoying a romantic night under the stars or a fun BBQ dinner with friends on the lanai.

KEY Curation Notes

Inside a private, gated resort community. The home sits within the Hualalai Resort gates on the Kona-Kohala coast, with two golf carts (four- and six-passenger) included for resort-wide mobility. Resort amenity access carries a daily fee paid on-site and unlocks the Sports Club and Spa, Jack Nicklaus Championship course, Ka'upulehu Cultural Center, and dining venues.

A new-build estate sized for groups. Nearly 5,000 square feet across five suites under a single roof, all with en-suite baths. Two primary suites anchor opposite ends of the house, and several baths open to private outdoor shower gardens — a Hualalai signature.

Outdoor living is built around the view. An oversized infinity-edge pool with dedicated spa and wet deck looks out over the 16th fairway of the Ke'olu course to the Kona coastline and Maui beyond. Firepit, Wolf grill with hood, Sub-Zero outdoor refrigerator, and dedicated outdoor dining round out the lanai.

A serious chef's kitchen. Six-burner Wolf gas range with griddle and double oven, full-size Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, and a beverage fridge. KEY.co grocery delivery handles arrival-day provisioning, so the first afternoon goes straight to the pool.

Two annual resort events affect amenity access. The Chairman's Club in early December and the Mitsubishi Electric Championship in late January both result in modified access to select resort amenities. Worth confirming dates before booking if travel overlaps.

Things you need to know

Rental includes Hualalai Resort charging privileges for Four Seasons pools, spa, tennis, golf, fitness center, restaurants, and other resort amenities (no access to the Members only Canoe Club or Ke olu Golf Course)

Daily Resort Fees vary throughout the year from $70 per day for each adult to $216 per day for each adult.

Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $35 per day to $108 per day.

Resort Policies also vary throughout the year. All details are available upon request.

Applying for the daily resort fees is not mandatory and you will still have access to the beach and restaurants if you opt-out. Guests have a one-time opportunity to opt-in for resort access on consecutive days only (minimum 2 days).

Guests understand that access to the Hualalai Resort facilities is handled directly by the Hualalai Resort Concierge. All Resort amenities and hours are subject to change without notice. Further, no discounts or credits will be given to guests if the Hualalai Resort and Four Seasons Hualalai change their Resort access and amenities policy during their stay. Guest understands and agrees that Agent and Owner have no control over the availability of the Resort amenities and use of the Resort amenities is separate from the Rental Property.
