A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
The rental includes essential amenities such as shampoo and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

- Convenient access to the I-40 highway via University Heights Dr. Some ambient highway noise may be heard occasionally, but sound-dampening measures have been incorporated throughout the home to reduce any disturbance.
- We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
- Properties also include a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The system does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
